Well done to all our new bootcamp members who rose to the challenge and attended 3 sessions a week for 6 weeks. There were some outstanding results from the tests we did at the beginning of the challenge and then again in week 6 - it just shows what consistency and turning up will do!
These guys knocked many minutes off their timed runs, doubled push-ups and squats and again on their plank holds.. and this was only after 6 weeks so this is just the start!
