SUMMER BODY BOOST (2024)
14th October - 21st December
Build strength and confidence for summer with our Summer Body Boost Challenge.
This challenge focuses on weights and lifting heavier as the challenge progresses. We start with lighter weights and higher reps, then gradually move on to heavier weights with lower reps as you progress.
We will coach you to push your limits and really get the guns pumping just in time for summer!
JANUARY FITNESS RESET (2025)
6th January - 15th March
Feeling like your fitness has taken a backseat after all the holiday fun? It’s time to hit the reset button with our January Fitness Challenge! We kick off the program with a fitness assessment in the first week, covering six key components: Speed, Agility, Endurance, Strength, Power and Dynamic Fitness
We’ll then guide you through targeted training, followed by a re-test at the end of the challenge. We guarantee you’ll see significant improvements in both your mental and physical health!
HIIT (2025)
17th March - 24th May
This High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Challenge will get you hooked on exercise. Using a variety of equipment and exercises, every session is designed to keep things exciting and fresh. HIIT alternates between intense bursts of activity and rest, helping you burn calories, build strength, and boost endurance. It’s a dynamic, efficient workout that keeps you fully engaged while delivering results. Get ready to feel energized and challenged!
CITY 2 SURF & CROSS TRAINING (2025)
26th May - 2nd August
This Challenge combines running drills with cross-training workouts.
We run the City 2 Surf route as a group, offering 5km, 10km, 15km, and 20km options. It's a great chance to improve your running and aim for a personal best, with plenty of fun along the way.
Cross-training includes varied mini workouts, mixing cardio and strength. It's a highly effective way to stay fit during winter, and no session is ever the same.
ADVENTURE TRAINING (2025)
4th August - 11th October
Get ready for the toughest challenge - Adventure Training! Each session is a mini adventure with sandbags, tyres, battle ropes, and more. Discover what you're really made of. No need to dress to impress—you'll get dirty! At the end, compete to see which group finishes the course the fastest
